WILL THE STAND HOLD A HEAVY BOOK?
Yes. The basket at the bottom is wide enough to accommodate several books stacked on the stand. It has been tested successfully with both Tim’s Arban’s book and Tracy’s chemical engineering textbook.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
The Desca: Presto legs are cold rolled steel. The stand tubes are fiberglass and the desk is injection molded ABS plastic.
The Fholder is made of paperboard, plastic, and fabric elastic straps.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
While FedEx rates vary slightly, in the US shipping one Presto stand is $11.50, one Fholder is $9.50, and if you buy a Presto and Fholder it is $19. Ground shipment of one Presto stand to Canada is $19.50. International Economy shipping of one Presto stand to Europe is $39.50.
